Stephanie DeCicco is the Associate Director of Community College Pathways, where she oversees the strategy, development, and implementation of programs aimed at supporting historically excluded students in computer science and technology. With over 30 years of experience in college leadership, Stephanie has held positions as an assistant vice president, dean, and assistant dean at both two- and four-year institutions. She has worked closely with faculty and staff on student success initiatives, strategic planning, curriculum development, accreditation teams, and tenure achievement. Before her career in college leadership, she was a high school English teacher. Stephanie earned a doctorate in Educational Organization Leadership with a specialization in Community College Executive Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from North Central College. She has presented research on community college access, readiness, and equity in higher education.
