SHIELD T3 is an organization created by the University of Illinois System as a way to expand the testing of saliva-based COVID-19 that was pioneered by the University of Illinois researchers. SHIELD T3 is working on marketing the innovative COVID-19 testing technology nationwide to encourage widespread testing that produces rapid results in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.
SHIELD T3’s primary mission is to expand the reach of saliva-based COVID-19 testing pioneered by the University of Illinois researchers.
