Sam Miller serves as a Relationship Manager at DPI, where he blends technical expertise with strong business insight. He drives innovation by facilitating collaboration between industry R&D and university faculty. Sam holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo and has three years of experience in application engineering and product design. He later transitioned to a business role in technical sales, where he manages client relationships, contributes to business development, and serves as a program manager for major new projects. Additionally, Sam leads the climate and urban sustainability consulting practice and acts as the project manager for the NSF Global Center, CLEETS. A self-proclaimed nerd, Sam enjoys reading fantasy series, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and participating in escape rooms.
