Karen has spent the last 10 years bringing faculty, students, and companies together through unique hands-on, experiential learning opportunities. At DPI, Karen is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the program management for the diverse portfolio of immersion programs and courses offered through DPI.

Previously, Karen managed a broad cross-section of experiential learning courses at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, worked on a team to launch a new computer science engineering internship program, conducted business development outreach for action learning partners at Gies College of Business, and ran a staff mentoring program.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute) and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. Karen is also an active member of the Woman’s Club of Evanston, helping to build friendships, grow leaders and raise money for a wide variety of non-profits in the northern Chicago and North Shore areas.
