Tula Kuechenmeister serves as the Salesforce Administrator at DPI, where she optimizes CRM systems to improve efficiency, communication, data integrity, and user experience. With over a decade of experience at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), Tula has managed institutional data, led academic advising, and supervised scholarship management and career development. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Urban Higher Education, both from UIC. At DPI, Tula handles system configuration, workflow automation, data quality, report/dashboard creation, and user training. Her data-driven approach supports various DPI departments, including R&D, the Illinois Workforce and Education Research Collaborative, Pritzker Tech Talent Labs, and Business Building Ventures. Outside of work, Tula enjoys traveling with her husband to explore new cultures and cuisines and taking long walks along the lake with her new puppy.
