Sugyan (Sugy) Dixit is a Senior Research Associate at Discovery Partners Institute. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and was a post-doctorate fellow at Northwestern University. During graduate school, Sugy worked on developing ion mobility mass spectrometry and computational methods to study the structure of proteins. During his post-doctorate career, he worked on creating software pipelines to analyze high throughput protein hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry data and protein structure modeling. Sugy’s research interests are developing analytics, software tools, machine learning, and deep learning methods to answer exciting questions in the life science space.
