She has over 5+ years of experience, currently employed as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Technical Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon highly focused on BLNA (Black, Latin, Native American & Women) talent. In her current role, she is responsible for engaging and building relationships with passive diverse Software Engineers.
