Nicole Colegrove

Assistant Director of Research Services

Nicole Colegrove works with the Research and Development team to coordinate the efforts and goals of the growing number of science teams.

She has 13 years of international nonprofit and grant management experience. She joins DPI from the University of Chicago where, as the Director of Programs, she oversaw a large-scale grant funded center including 45+ research and implementation projects focused on improving lives across India. Prior to this, she helped set up a social impact consulting organization within the University of Chicago. Among other experiences, she ran the Alumni Relations programs for UChicago throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has 5 years of nonprofit association management experience and served in the Peace Corps in Morocco from 2007-2009.

Nicole earned an MA from DePaul University in Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse with a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has a BA from Loyola University in English and French. She has a certificate from the Booth School of Business from the Executive Program for Emerging Leaders program.
